AutoBillUploader is a Chrome extension that automates data entry for RGHS billing on the SIMS portal (sims.rajasthan.gov.in). It reads your invoice files (.docx) and fills medicine, batch, MRP, and expiry data on your behalf. The Software is a data-entry convenience tool only.

AutoBillUploader is offered as a 30-day recurring subscription (Solo, Team, or Enterprise plan). Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay. Your license remains active only for the duration of the paid subscription period. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; existing subscriptions are honored until renewal.

Each license key (format: ABU-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) is issued per device and is non-transferable except at our sole discretion. The Solo plan permits activation on 1 PC; the Team plan permits activation on up to 10 PCs. Sharing, reselling, or reverse-engineering your license key, or attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law. We may suspend or terminate your license immediately, without refund, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, non-payment, or any activity we reasonably believe threatens the security or integrity of the Software or our systems.

Once a license key has been activated, the subscription is considered consumed and no refunds will be issued for that billing period, except where required by law or at our sole discretion. If you experience a technical issue preventing activation, contact support before requesting a refund.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current billing period. Your license remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

AutoBillUploader is an independent, privately developed tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Government of Rajasthan, the RGHS scheme, or the SIMS portal. The SIMS portal is operated by a third party we do not control, and we make no representation about its availability, terms of use, or continued compatibility with the Software, which may change its structure or behavior at any time without notice.

THE SOFTWARE IS A TYPING/AUTOMATION AID. IT IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY. You are solely responsible for reviewing every auto-filled field and verifying its correctness before clicking "Place Order" or submitting anything on the SIMS portal — the Software does not submit anything without your own final action. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of every bill, invoice, and other data you process through the Software, for ensuring your RGHS empanelment, drug license, and pharmacy details are accurate and current, and for your compliance with all RGHS scheme rules and applicable law. The Software does not provide legal, regulatory, tax, or billing advice. You must keep your license key confidential.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, continued compatibility with the SIMS portal, or that all defects will be corrected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, REJECTED OR INCORRECT GOVERNMENT CLAIMS, OR REGULATORY PENALTIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoBillUploader and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the Software; (b) data you input or submit through the Software; (c) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; or (d) any dispute between you and the SIMS portal operator or any third party arising from your use of the Software.

The Software, including all source code, design, trademarks, and content, is the exclusive property of AutoBillUploader and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your own internal business purposes only, for the duration of a valid license.

You acknowledge that using browser-automation software to interact with the SIMS portal may be subject to that portal's own terms of use, which we do not control. You assume all risk and responsibility for any consequence of automated use of the SIMS portal.

We may update these Terms, the Software's features, or our pricing at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement, seated in Kota, Rajasthan, India, conducted in English. Subject to the foregoing, the courts at Kota, Rajasthan, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis, not as a class or representative action.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including internet or hosting-provider outages, SIMS portal changes or outages, or other events beyond our control.
