Upload Word invoice into the software. The software then automatically matches every medicine, batch, MRP, and expiry to the RGHS catalog and fills the SIMS portal for you — all in under 2 minutes.

Your invoice file is sent to our server to be processed into medicine, batch, MRP, and expiry data, held only in memory and not permanently stored — we never read or transmit patient name or doctor name fields, even when present. The software only otherwise communicates with the SIMS portal to fill the billing details. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

We support text-based Word invoices with the following columns: Sn. | Pack | Product | Batch | Exp. | HSN | MRP | Qty. | Amount. The invoice must have serial numbers in 1. 2. 3. format and a footer containing TOTAL ITEM, CLASS, GST, R.OFF, or GRAND.

The software will show you exactly what's missing or where the format doesn't match. You can adjust the invoice format and try again — no data is lost.

Yes! The Team plan allows up to 5 PCs and the Enterprise plan allows up to 10 PCs with multi-device sync. The Solo plan is for 1 PC only.

Pharmacy Details: Name, owner name, address, city, state, GST number (optional).
Contact Information: Email address, phone number.
Payment Information: Processed securely via Razorpay; we never store card or UPI details.
License Key: Generated and associated with your purchase for extension activation.

2. How We Use Your Data

To create and manage your AutoBillUploader license.
To send you activation instructions and important updates.
To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely on Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud).
Data is encrypted both in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.
Access to your data is limited to authorized personnel only.
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share data only with:

Razorpay: For payment processing (they are PCI-DSS compliant).
Firebase (Google Cloud): For secure data storage.
Legal Authorities: If required by law or to protect our rights.

Welcome to AutoBillUploader ("we", "our", "us"). By using our Chrome extension and website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using AutoBillUploader, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

AutoBillUploader is a Google Chrome extension that automates the filling of RGHS Private Sale billing on the SIMS portal. It copies invoice data from your billing software and auto-fills the portal fields.

3. License & Usage

Solo Plan: Licenses one (1) PC. You may install and use the extension on a single computer.
Team Plan: Licenses up to five (5) PCs.
Enterprise Plan: Licenses up to ten (10) PCs.
Licenses are non-transferable and cannot be shared between different pharmacies.
You must have a valid subscription to use the extension.

4. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly.
Payment is processed securely via Razorpay.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Refund & Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support.
Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
No refunds will be issued for partial months.

6. User Responsibilities

You must have a valid RGHS / SIMS portal account to use this extension.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoice data you input.
You agree not to use the extension for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

AutoBillUploader, its code, design, and branding are the property of AutoBillUploader.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the extension without explicit permission.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.
We are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use of the extension.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AutoBillUploader be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold AutoBillUploader harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kota, Rajasthan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the extension. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
